How does it work ?
Three to four consultants spend together one full month in your station.
They work side-by-side with your team, at each level of the hierarchy. Once per week, our consultants meet with the station’s managers to report on the last days actions & results.
30 days later, your station will sound incredibly fresh, and each department will be refocused on proper format execution.

What are the conditions of an on site trip ?
We fly Business Class. Plane tickets should be ordered and paid directly by your company.
Same goes for accommodation. Additional expenses (taxis, food, internet, etc.) will be sent to you for reimbursement one week after trip completion.
