After a first diagnosis of your station’s operations, we deliver a full report with recommendations. Then we setup together with your team an action plan & schedule.
It involves remote assistance, Skype conferences, and on-site visits.

We provide advice AND coaching/training, standing next to your team.

How often will you be on site in my station ?

At least 4 times per year. That’s the minimum required to be efficient.

On each trip, we can stay from 3 days (2 nights) up til 7 days (6 nights). If you need more trips on site, don’t worry, we’ll manage to make it happen.

Can we reach you anytime ?

As soon as we become partners, you’ll get access to our clients-only email address, our clients-only messenger addresses (Yahoo! Mess, Skype, Google Talk, Live Messenger), and our clients-only emergency phone line and fax.

That means that you can reach us and get an answer 7/7, 24/24.

But we know you’re not going to take our word for it… so, as soon as you will have signed with us, please test our support!

What are the conditions of an on site trip ?

We fly Business Class. Plane tickets should be ordered and paid directly by your company.
Same goes for accommodation. Additional expenses (taxis, food, internet, etc.) will be sent to you for reimbursement one week after trip completion.
